The Pediatric Cardiology Unit is staffed by senior pediatric cardiolgists who are charged with evaulating and treating the hospital's youngest patients suffering from heart diseases. Our patients range from the fetus at 20 weeks through adults with congenital heart disease.

The team in the Unit understands the many emotional and practical challenges that are associated with treating children and endeavours to make the experience as painfree as possible. The staff members are trained to help both parents and children remain informed throughout all steps of the hospitilization process.

Evaluations are perfomed both clinically and through the use of state of the art imaging modalities like echocardiography. When neccesary interventions are carried out through cardiac catheterization. 
 
We diagnose and treat congenital and acquired heart disease and electrophysiology disorders.

Tests performed at the Unit include:
ECG
Echocardiogram
Stress Testing
Holter
Fetal Echocardiography (from 20 weeks)
Diagnostic, Interventional, and Electrophysiologic Catheterizations 
 
Clinic days: Tuesday and Thursday.
