New Jerusalem Light Rail and Bus Line Routes

Shaare Zedek Medical Center is convieniently located adjacent to Mount Herzl, just minutes from the City Center and the main entrance to Jerusalem.
Whether you're travelling by car, bus or cab the hospital is a well-known Jerusalem landmark and easy to get to.
All local Jerusalem-area taxi drivers are familiar with the hospital's location. If you're coming from out of town, follow the Herzl Route immediately upon entering the city and you'll soon find your way to Shaare Zedek.
The #5 bus from the Central Bus Station and in the opposite direction from the neighborhood of Har Choma and the Talpiot Industrial area - both arrive at Shaare Zedek itself.
The #28 bus from Ein Kerem and in the opposite direction - a very short trip from Shacharai Street - both arrive at Shaare Zedek itself.
The #39 bus from Bayit Vagan to Atirot Mada stops at Shaare Zedek, while in the opposite direction, from Har Hotzvim, the stop is located outside the hospital, on Bayit street.
The #50 bus from Beit HaKerem has a stop located outside the hospital, on Bayit street.
The #21 and the # 33 buses both reach the Yeffe Nof Light Rail stop on Herzl Street. From there it's a 350 meter walk downhill from Herzl to Bayit street to the entrance of Shaare Zedek.

From Pisgat Ze'ev, via the Central Bus Station, to the Yeffe Nof stop on Herzl Street. From there it's a 350 meter walk downhill from Herzl to Bayit street to the entrance of Shaare Zedek.
In the opposite direction, from Mount Herzl to the Yeffe Nof stop on Herzl Street. From there it's a 350 meter walk downhill from Herzl to Bayit street to the entrance of Shaare Zedek.
Instead of the 350 meter walk it is also possible to take the #28 bus from the Yeffe Nof Light Rail station to the entrance to Shaare Zedek.
Take the Herzl Route direct from the city entrance until you see the sign to turn for Shaare Zedek. Parking is available at all times of weekdays for a minimal fee.
