The Training Department trains employees to provide professional and sensitive service to anyone coming to the Medical Center.
The department runs activities on two levels – long-term planning and ongoing needs. In the former, we develop staff skills in preparation for changes or new working habits. In the latter, the aim is to improve efficiency and functioning – both personal and team – in every department.
Our annual training program highlights issues relevant to all sectors, such as computer usage, language and safety, as well as running seminars to train new staff and to help veteran employees as they approach retirement. Similarly, the department organizes internal enrichment activities specific to roles, sectors and disciplines.
The Training Department also offers guidance and assistance for employees keen to advance their professional status, acquire new skills or enrich their knowledge.
