The Patient Admissions Office (4th floor) will assist bereaved families with burial arrangements. If the office is closed, you may contact the ER (2nd floor). The Security Office is responsible for the deceased’s discharge. Their numbers are 02-6555008, 02-6555005 or 02-6666661. The security department is open 24/7. The death certificate is issued by the Hospitalization Department. A burial license can be obtained through the Patient Admissions Office or, if the office is closed, through the ER.
