- Recruiting, selecting and placing nurses, auxiliaries, porters and artificial respiration technicians.

- Arranging courses and knowledge updates in all areas of Nursing.
- Promoting the hospital as a broad clinical field for Nursing students.
- Developing complementary services in the clinical field (injuries, transplants, pain, diabetes, infections, stoma infections, supportive treatment, etc.).
- Quality control procedures, encouraging reports on unusual cases and drawing individual and general conclusions.
- Preparedness for emergencies and upholding standards as dictated by the IDF and the Health Ministry.
