Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory

The Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory provides professional, high-quality services 24/7 to all departments and clinics in the hospital, performing and diagnosing a wide range of clinical laboratory tests in various fields: liver function, kidney function, lipid levels in the blood, cardiac markers, blood gas tests, bilirubin and G6PD tests for newborns, and more.

Additionally, the laboratory is responsible for performing Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) throughout the hospital - these are tests conducted beside the patient's bed under the guidance and supervision of the medical team.

The laboratory is staffed by a dedicated and skilled professional team, graduates with bachelor's and master's degrees in various scientific fields, all with recognition certificates from the Ministry of Health.

The laboratory operates according to ISO 9001 standards and undergoes accreditation by the Institute of Standards and regular inspections by the Ministry of Health.
