• Gynecology - adolescents with irregular menstrual cycles, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, contraception advice, and manipulation of menstrual cycles for girls with chronic diseases or conditions exacerbated during menstruation (such as migraines).
• Coping with compliance issues in the treatment of adolescents with chronic illnesses.
• Psychological conditions such as anxiety or depression, which may manifest as physical complaints or hinder functioning.

The clinic is staffed by a highly professional team, and we emphasize the significance of our multidisciplinary team's work, conducting regular team meetings.

Adolescent inpatient treatment for eating disorders is conducted in the pediatric department. There is a dedicated area within the department for adolescents (based on referral criteria). Inpatient admission is done for the purpose of medical stabilization according to globally accepted criteria for eating disorder hospitalization: bradycardia, significant orthostatic changes, low blood pressure, hypothermia, electrolyte disturbances, weight below 75% of ideal body weight, food refusal, self-induced vomiting, and concern for esophageal rupture. Parents are asked to be present during meals and receive guidance on eating disorders and ways to support eating. Emotional support and therapy are provided during the inpatient stay. The specific type of therapy is tailored to each patient's needs. Parental support is provided by the department's social worker. Psychiatric medication is administered as needed.

The multidisciplinary team, including dietitians and physicians, has received training in treating eating disorders in adolescents. Specialized consultation from various medical fields (cardiology, psychiatry, neurology, endocrinology, etc.) is provided as needed. After achieving medical stability, the patient is discharged for continued ambulatory treatment. There are cases suitable for psychiatric inpatient treatment, and such cases are referred accordingly.
