The hospital Information station is located at the entrance to the main building, 4th floor.
The position is staffed between 08:00 and 18:00.

Shaare Zedek is located near Mt. Herzl, a short distance from the city center and the city entrance. You can easily arrive by private or public transportation.
By private transportation
Drive down Herzl Blvd. until you see signs directing to Shaare Zedek.
If you are using the Waze app, search for "Shaare Zedek Medical Center".
Parking is permitted at all hours.
By bus
The following bus routes reach in close proximity to our campus:
- Line no. 5 from Homat Shemu'el, Talpiot industrial area, Pat intersection and Givat Mordechai. In the opposite direction a short ride from Ramat Beit HaKerem.
- Line no. 28 from Ein Kerem. In the opposite direction a short ride from Shakhrai St.
- Line no. 39 from Har Hotzvim, Ramat Eshkol, Kikar HaShabbat and the Central Bus Station. In the opposite direction from Ramat Sharet and Bayit VeGan.
- Line no. 50 from Beit HaKerem, Kiryat Moshe and the Central Bus Station.
Buses that stop at Yefeh Nof Station on Herzl Blvd., approx. 350 meters from Shaare Zedek
- Line no. 16 from Har Hotzvim, Sanhedria-Bar-Ilan, Romema and Givat Shaul. In the opposite direction from Ramat Sharet and Bayit VeGan.

By Jerusalem's Light Rail
The stop closest to the Medical Center is Yefeh Nof located approximately 350 meters from the main entrance to the hospitak. The 28 bus is available from the station directly to the hospital.
By taxi
Drivers should be requested to bring passengers to the main entrance of the hospital on Shmuel Bait Street.
The medical center provides visitors with paid parking lots.
Underground parking lot
(entrance from Shmuel Beit Street)
800 new parking spaces in a seven-story underground parking lot, accessible and convenient for visitors to the medical center with a smart computerized system.
The large parking lot has seven levels and includes 32 disabled parking spaces, two entrances, and two exits to prevent congestion.
The entrance is through the security inspection shed. You must take a parking ticket from the issuer, a stay of up to 30 minutes is free of charge (presentation of a parking ticket is needed).
Parking Price is 35 NIS and it allows free entry and exit until midnight (upon presentation of a receipt).
*In this parking lot, every vehicle entry is subject to a fee, including those with permits and those with a disabled card.
Southern parking lot
(entrance from Shahrai Street)
This parking lot has about 550 parking spaces. You must take a parking ticket from the issuer, a stay of up to 30 minutes is free of charge (presentation of a parking ticket is needed).
Holders of a disabled card who are updated in the Ministry of Transportation system are exempt from payment for 24 hours only.
The price of parking is 30 NIS and it allows free entry and exit until midnight (upon presentation of a receipt).
Beitar parking lot
South of the medical center, the entrance is from Shahrai Street, parking is free.
Beit HaKerem Mansion parking lot
(managed by Y-M Municipality)
In front of the medical center, near the "Beit HaKerem mansion", entrance from Avizohar Street, parking is subject to a fee.
Disabled Parking
In the hospital's parking lots, there are dozens of disabled parking spaces located near the entrances, parking in these places is only allowed for disabled pass holders.

Exemptions from parking fees
(southern parking lot only)
Exemption from payment, for one vehicle only, will be given to the following groups:
- Ambulatory dialysis patients, oncology patients (during treatment) and their companions.
- Ambulatory patients, who must come to the medical center for treatment for at least a month, with a frequency of at least twice a week.
- Family members of patients hospitalized for a period exceeding 14 days (the exemption will be granted starting from the 15th day of hospitalization).
- Parents of premature babies that are hospitalized.
- Handicapped - holders of a handicapped parking permit or with a wheelchair ticket.
**On weekends, parking is free from the beginning of Shabbat to the end of Shabbat.
