The volunteer system consists of dozens of compassionate individuals who staff various key points within the hospital to enhance the service experience. These include roles at the information desk, service coordinators in the triage area, within the medical departments, and more.

The center provides assistance to patients who are seeking to assert their rights against health insurance funds - for instance, in cases where they receive denials of commitments contrary to the Regulations Law and the Patient's Rights Law.

The center conducts satisfaction surveys in various departments within the hospital, both in person and over the phone. We learn from these surveys about evolving needs and continuously strive for improvement.
