The Salaries Department is responsible for paying salaries to all Shaare Zedek employees. This includes implementing group and individual wage agreements, updating and processing attendance data, calculating tax deductions, submitting maternity leave/reserve duty/work accident claims to the National Insurance Institute, dealing with employees’ pensions, managers' insurance, provident funds and advanced study funds.
The department provides relevant information to employees when they stop working or retire and is responsible for paying dismissal compensation, retirement bonuses, and allowances to Shaare Zedek pensioners.
