· Klalit MUSHLAM and Maccabi insured persons are asked to indicate this when calling the appointment

· Holders of medical insurance in the insurance companies are entitled to a full or partial refund according to the terms of the policy

· Holders of supplementary insurance are requested to check their rights regarding each case prior to arrival.
