• You need to fill out a referral form on the Rapid Diagnosis Unit's website.
• If you have a referral from a doctor, you can send it via email or fax.
• Latest laboratory test results
• Imaging interpretations
• Summary of medical history and regular medications.
• You may ask your doctor to fill out a referral form specifying your health status.

Before the first visit, you will need to have a signed health fund commitment form (Form 17). For follow-up visits and additional tests, you will need additional Form 17s for each test.

A response to the referral will be provided within 2 working days.

Patients whose referrals are accepted will receive an appointment within 2 working days from the response, or at most 4 working days from sending the referral until the first meeting.

Not all referrals are suitable for diagnosis at the center for various reasons. In such cases, the reason for refusal will be explained, and basic recommendations for further diagnosis will be provided.

During the first visit, you will meet with one of the medical teams and the coordinating nurse, who will accompany you throughout the diagnostic process. You will be directed for further tests according to the diagnosis and the required information. The coordinating nurse will be your contact and address for any questions. Contact details will be provided during the first visit.

Upon completion of the diagnosis, a treatment plan will be determined. The coordinating nurse will assist you in scheduling appointments with the relevant oncologist in the unit.
