A variety of abdominal tests are performed, including MRE, MRU, and others, as well as tests for the chest, brain, neck, soft tissues, and more. These tests are used to investigate tumors and diseases in the brain, central nervous system, chest, urinary system, uterus, intestines (inflammatory bowel diseases), perianal fistulas (around the anus), and more.

These examinations do not involve exposure to ionizing radiation. They are conducted by skilled radiologists specialized in pediatric imaging, utilizing protocols specifically designed for children. Each examination protocol is uniquely tailored to the referred condition.

The duration of the tests typically ranges from half an hour to an hour, depending on the type of examination. Some tests may require fluid intake or urinary catheterization.

Tests can also be performed under sedation when necessary.

Fetal MRI:

This advanced examination allows the detection of developmental anomalies in the fetal brain or other organs. For example, it can identify CMV (cytomegalovirus) infections in fetuses, fetal brain anomalies, abnormalities in the gastrointestinal and urinary systems, and more. Fetal brain examinations are usually conducted around the 32nd week of pregnancy.
