Geriatric Center

The Geriatric Center at Shaare Zedek Medical Center is divided into two main units: the Geriatric Department, which cares for patients with acute conditions, including those on mechanical ventilation with multiple underlying diseases, cognitive decline, and functional decline; and the Rehabilitation Unit, which admits patients following strokes, hip fractures, and patients with functional decline due to acute illness.
