The Hematology Clinic is involved in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, and with the assistance of a team of senior specialists, we tailor the necessary treatment for each patient.
Among the diseases we treat are:
- Acute and Chronic Lemia (AML, ALL, CML, CLL)
- Lymphoma - aggressive and indolent, Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's, B-cell or T-cell origin
- Multiple Myeloma (MM)
- Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (including ET, PV, IMF)
- Anemia - various blood-related disorders, either an excessive tendency to bleeding or a tendency to clotting
- Histocytosis Diseases (including Erdheim-Chester Disease and Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis)
The treating physician will perform the diagnosis using blood tests, additional tests, and even bone marrow examination if necessary. Upon receiving the diagnosis, the patient will receive an explanation of the disease and the possible treatment options.
If bone marrow examination or intravenous treatment is required, they will be performed as part of the Hematology Day Hospital, located in the same place (see above). Blood tests will be conducted in the clinic as needed.
