Shaare Zedek has nine accommodation units for family members of hospitalized patients, each with two single beds, a shower, and a restroom. For reservations (based on availability), please contact the Housekeeping Department (1st floor) or call 02-6555011.

The Rimonim Hotel is located within walking distance of the hospital. Reservations: 03-6754591 or *6333.

Across the road from the hospital, Achuzat Beit HaKerem is a recovery facility that provides 24/7 care and supervision. For inquiries, please call 1-800-222-999.

An automatic vending machine selling phone chargers for all types of mobile phones is located on the 9th floor, across from the coffee cart.
