Mothers and Parents Club

You may claim a refund of up to NIS 450 for a childbirth preparation course held outside Shaare Zedek, upon presentation of an original receipt.

Digital/electronically signed receipt: please send by email to raziliw@szmc.org.il. Attach the receipt to the email with the following details: Mother's name, ID number, phone number, and full bank details (bank name, branch number, and account number).

Regular receipts: Please bring your receipt to the Women's Clinics on the 9th floor (Sunday - Thursday 8:00 - 20:00, Friday until 11:30). The refund is processed approximately 4 months after submission of the receipt.

A request for a refund may be submitted up to 3 months after childbirth.

You are invited to visit our new delivery rooms, experience our luxurious maternity departments, and learn about the birthing and hospitalization process.

Guided tours take place in the afternoon and are available in Hebrew and English. The tours are conducted in small groups and led by a certified midwife. The duration of the tour is approximately one hour, and pre-registration is required. You are welcome to bring your partner. The tours are free of charge. Special tours are also available for water birthing rooms. Free parking is provided for tour participants (excluding the underground parking).

During pregnancy:

• Hotline for any questions and issues at 02-5645234, also available on WhatsApp.
• Telephone consultation by a certified midwife or specialist doctor.
• Preparation of a birth plan with the assistance of a certified midwife based on the mother's requests.
• Shaare Zedek will reimburse private childbirth preparation courses for mothers at Shaare Zedek, for up to a total of 450 NIS (refund will be made within four months of submission of the original receipt to the Women's Clinics offices (9th floor, Yakum Next Generation Building). The refund must be requested within three months from the day of birth.
• Tours of the delivery room in Hebrew and English.
• Free genetic chip testing for pregnant women at the Shaare Zedek acupuncture clinic.

During birth and hospitalization:

• Additional night in the department based on availability.
• Recovery night in the maternity ward.
• "Zero Separation", full or partial rooming-in according to the mother's choice.
• Nitrous oxide available during labor.
• Free parking for mothers for 48 hours. Please note: The parking voucher is issued in the department and is valid for the open southern parking lot only! Entrance to the southern parking lot is from Shahrai Street in front of the sports fields. The benefit is not available in the underground parking and grass parking lot).
• Taxi reimbursement for those arriving by taxi for childbirth from Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, and Modiin (up to 150 NIS with the presentation of an original receipt).
• Acupuncture in the delivery room and maternity ward at no extra charge (during most hours of the day).
• Breastfeeding consultant at your service throughout the entire period.
• Morning yoga instructor at your service until discharge.

No conference will be held in the near future.
