Implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators (ICDs):
- Includes single or dual-chamber pacemakers, as well as two-chamber pacemakers (CRT) commonly used for treating heart failure
- MICRA miniature pacemaker for suitable cases
- Pacing of the natural conduction system (HIS pacing) when appropriate
- Implantation of defibrillators, including subcutaneous defibrillators (without electrodes in the vascular system) for suitable cases
Extraction of pacing systems:
- Removal of contaminated systems, multiple electrodes, or non-functioning systems using advanced equipment and surgical support as needed. The team has extensive experience in this field, acquired both in Israel and abroad.
Clinics:
- Medication balancing, counseling, and monitoring for patients with pacemakers and defibrillators
- Follow-up clinic for potential issues in the cardiac rhythm management system, including remote monitoring
Holter monitoring:
- Standard 24-hour Holter monitoring
- 12-lead Holter monitoring is typically used to identify the source of rhythm disturbances
- Wearable Holter in the form of a vest capable of recording for about a month. Used for diagnosing rhythm disturbances with low frequency.
